Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item in accordance with the following conditions.
Return Period
At Ebazo.cz, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be:

clean and free from signs of wear,

in their original condition,

including all original tags, labels and accessories,

accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase.
For footwear, we recommend trying the shoes on indoors only. Items must not show any signs of use, washing, dirt, damage or any other wear.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of items that do not meet the above conditions.

Return Shipping Costs

Exchanges

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
