Warranty and Complaints

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If the purchased goods show a defect or do not meet the expected quality, you have the right to file a complaint in accordance with the valid legal regulations of the Czech Republic.

Statutory Liability for Defects

All goods offered are subject to statutory liability for defects according to the valid legal regulations of the Czech Republic.

The customer is entitled to file a complaint if a defect appears on the product that was not caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, mechanical damage, or inadequate maintenance.

How to file a complaint

To file a complaint, please contact us at the email address:

Please include in your message:

  • order number,

  • description of the defect,

  • photos of the defect (if possible).

After receiving your complaint, we will inform you of the next steps as soon as possible.

Complaint Resolution

We resolve complaints without undue delay, no later than within the period stipulated by the valid legal regulations of the Czech Republic.

You will be informed about the progress and outcome of the complaint via email.

What the warranty does not cover

A complaint cannot be filed especially in cases of:

  • normal wear and tear caused by use,

  • mechanical damage caused by the customer,

  • improper product care,

  • use of the product contrary to the manufacturer's recommendations,

  • natural material properties that are not considered product defects.
